Bug Description
Open the attached net and make T2 urgent. It is possible but it should not be possible
because there is an interval for one of the colors that is different from [0,inf).
If the general interval for all colors is set to e.g. [0,2] on the incomming arc to T2
then a correct warning is show when you try to make T2 urgent but if it is only for
a specific color that has nontrivial interval, the warning is not shown (but it should be).
