Bug Description
For CPN branch, if there is a product color type that is used at some place (that may
possibly contain some tokens of the product color type), it should not be allowed to reorder the colors in the product type because this will cause inconsistency due to the fact that the tokens/arc expressions will not be reordered. Reordering should be so possibly only if the product color type is not used anywhere. Reordering of normal enumeration type should be still possible though (as well as adding new elements)--only removal from normal enumeration type should be disabled if the colortype is used somewhere (because the arc expressions/tokens could refer to the removed color).

I think to begin with lets diable reorder if colors is used, then we can always go back and add it later.
