Bug Description
On windows (and possibly also on other platforms), if java is not installed, the used is pointed to download and install java together with a link to where to get the jave - the problem is that the link points to Java 8 which is not what we want ...
Should be fixed both for cpn branch and 3.9 series.

Updated launch4j config to point to azul java jre instead of oracle jdk
