Bug Description
Use the cpn-gui-dev branch to reproduce:
- Make a net with color semantics
- Add a single place
- Unfold it (press m)
- The resulting net is empty, but the GUI will ask if you want to autolayout
If the user presses 'yes', then the Smart Draw window cannot proceed and can only be closed.

I added a fix for cpn branch, it check for an empty net before showing the layout popup. It does not handle what happens when you unfold into a empty net with verification + trace, it better but not perfect.
