Bug Description
Make a new net with one place and one transition, connected by an arc with middle anchor point. Then go to select mode and click on the little square where the arcs connects to the place and try do hold down and drag it - the middle anchor point starts moving instead.

I guess this is the same issue that we as when we allow drag of the arc, we just disabled that, to be consistent with old version, but we should properly fix it correctly.
