Bug Description
To reproduce:
- add a new annotation note with test test
- resize the note
- ctrl+z to undo
The annotation note is now removed.
Expected result: the note should change it size
Im guessing there is not being added a Command for resizing a note

It seems that resizing of notes (see e.g. intro example) cannot be undone at all.
