Bug Description

Open alternating bit protocol and run "Merge net components" from the tool menu. The anchor points on arcs get all position (0,0). This bug was introduced in refactoring, in 3.6.1 it works correctly.

The problem is not specifically realted to the merge components feature, but seems to stem from the duplicate tab.

In further inspection the problem seems to relate to saving nets that it uses the zoom arc-path coords, that are not calculated if the template has not been displayed. It should use the coords at 100% zoom.

It only happens if we have not "displayed" a template, if it has been loaded in gui the values would be present and it would seem to work.
