Bug Description

To reproduce:
  - create an undoable action (eg. create place)
  - click create transport arc
  - click on place
  - click on transition
  - undo/redo an action or enable animation mode

Part1 of the transport arc is not clean up

Using escape or changing the draw action (eg to normal arc) does not have this problem.

Fixed in dev, not has shared code responsible for the createArc cleanup, and added special case for cleanup after transport arc
