Bug Description
It would be neat to be able to select all Petri net objects with a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl/Command-A). This could especially be useful when trying to move the net away from the upper left edge of the drawing surface in order to make room for extensions.

I can't find out where the menu icons come from (shouldn't their source be in LICENSE.TXT or something?), so I haven't added a new icon for the Select all action.
