taas related command are not working with openstack CLI

TAAS related commands with Openstack CLI are not listed/working.

Example:
openstack tap service create

Hi, could you please provide some details which version you use and exactly what commands you execute and what is the result?
I use commands like $ openstack tap service list so the commands work for sure for me.

Yes, I am using same command.
$openstack tap service list

i am using TAAS victoria version.

$openstack help | grep tap
Doesn't list any tap commands.

This patch added support for OSC: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tap-as-a-service/+/720738 and it was merged after Victoria, so you have to use a fresh version of taas

Seems there is no fresh release of taas since Victoria, on Monday I try to start the gears to have a Xena one.
