Tangerine activation broken

Bug Description

There's something odd about the way tangerine activates:

- go to gnome-session-properties, disable tangerine
- go to tangerine-properties, don't activate
- go to gnome-session-properties again: tangerine is active again

Looks like tangerine-properties just activates the tangerine entry in gnome-session-properties all the time, regardless of the state of "enable music sharing". IMHO it would make more sense to have both settings work the same, e.g. turn off the session autorun launcher if "enable music sharing" is deactivated and turn it of if it is activated.
