Bug Description

Ubuntu Server 14.04.03 LTS
After "apt-get install tangerine" I run the command "tangerine" which outputs:

2015-09-20 03:27:46,057 INFO Tangerine started
2015-09-20 03:27:46,069 INFO Server name: tangerine's Music
Cannot load type 'Tangerine.Plugins.BansheePlugin'
2015-09-20 03:27:46,071 ERROR Failed to load plugin assembly '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/tangerine/plugins/Banshee.dll': Could not load file or assembly 'Banshee.CollectionIndexer, Version=2.9.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies.
2015-09-20 03:27:46,074 ERROR Failed to load 'file': Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
2015-09-20 03:27:46,074 INFO Loaded plugin 'session'

After that it won't do anything (doesn't create a config file, doesn't output new lines).
