Bug Description

My router has a tag in the back that allows for autoconnection to the wifi. It would be nice if we could support that.

This is currently not possible due to apparmor confinement. Adding canincal-devices-system-image so we can try to figure a solution.

For reference, the specification for the QR-Code contents to set up WiFi connections can be found here: https://github.com/zxing/zxing/wiki/Barcode-Contents

A first attempt to get around not being able to talk with network-manager directly would be to launch settings via the url dispatcher with something like "settings:///system/wifi?ssid=foo
To make this really usable we would have to extend the scheme to also include auth type + passphrase. However this might be a security problem as we would have to pass the passphrase through the url-dispatcher.
