Text overlap in search boxes makes hard to read

Bug Description
I love tagainijisho and donate at times.
On linux, it's perfect for me. But on windows, I have an issue with the font size. The main text of an entry of a search result overlap with the entry above so it can be hard to decipher some characters.
See the attached image to see the problem explicitly. I use windows 8, so it has Meiryo fonts already installed. Using the default font or selecting the Meiryo font specifically yield the same bug.
