Bug Description
If a bool type is specified for the `cert_verify` parameter included in the request body when executing the register vim API, it is not judged whether it is a string of "True" or "False" and an error occurs.Therefore, we would like to make it so that it is judged whether it is a bool type or not.
I'll send PR on Gerrit later.
