Bug Description
When a VNF Instance which has a non-boot volume is instantiated by LCM v2 API, 'VnfInstance > instantiatedVnfInfo > vnfcResourceInfo > storageResourceIds' does not contain the id of the volume that should be contained.
The following is an example of HOT using non-boot volume. This bug occurs when using OS::Cinder:
---
resources:
VDU1:
type: OS::Nova::Server

sharedStorage:
type: OS::Cinder::Volume
properties:

volume_id: { get_resource: sharedStorage }
mountpoint: /dev/vdb
