[Doc]Old link, RST doc conventions and misspell words in VNF Descriptor (VNFD) Template Guide in tacker

    Fix link, doc conventions in VNFD template guide

    This patch fixes the following in the VNFD template guide,
    * Replace old link reference for VNFD TOSCA template samples.
    * Fix a few misspelled words.
    * Revise RST documentation conventions.
