Error log is not generated when an error occurred in the status update process of Instantiation

Error log is not generated when an error occurred in the status update process of Instantiation.

If vimConnectionInfo is not specified at the time of instantiation, an error occurs in the status update process after the instantiation.
After the above error occurs, error log could not be generated.

    Error log generated after instantiation fails

    Error logs were not generated when an error
    occurred in the process of Instantiation.

    Implemented logging in exception block of
    instantiation process.
