Bug Description

I ran test_inst_update_heal_term, which is sol's FT, but the image was not updated after healing.

It was expected that the image after healing should change to cirros-0.4.0-x86_64-disk2, however, it did not happen.

    Fix Healing so image is updated after Healing

    This patch will fix the issue about Healing not being
    able to update to the new image.
