Scaling group naming is limited to "_group" only

Bug Description

Current naming definition for scaling group is only limited to names with the following suffix "_group". It is necessary to improve such that naming should not have "_group" as an expected suffix.

    Remove the restriction of scaling group name

    This patch will fix the issue about naming limitation
    for scale group.
