Bug Description

when I try to execute the command ./tools/generate_config_file_sample.sh to generate the
configuration file "tacker.conf.sample", it returns a warning message:
WARNING:stevedore.named:Could not load tacker.vnfm.infra_drivers.kubernetes.kubernetes
