OpenStack VIM Installation in tacker

Hi everyone.
I am installing openstack tacker, and made a all-in-one kolla-ansible openstack deploy on a virtualbox VM.
Ok so I follow to the next step:
OpenStack VIM Installation in tacker
wget http://tarballs.openstack.org/kolla/images/centos-source-registry-pike.tar.gz
This is getting me this response
Connecting to tarballs.openstack.org (tarballs.openstack.org)|23.253.108.137|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found
2018-06-07 08:35:30 ERROR 404: Not Found.

Also I am still trying to understand the machines that makes the VIM tacker are openstack VMS? That's why there is only Centos?
