There is no NS Descriptor Template Guide

Bug Description

I couldn't find any documentation guide for NS descriptor. It would be great if we can have a reference to all of the parameters. Right now, there's only the "Orchestrating VNFs using Network Services Descriptor (NSD)" (https://docs.openstack.org/tacker/latest/user/nsd_usage_guide.html)
