Unusable OpenWRT image for manual installation

Bug #1709557 reported by Roger Luethi on 2017-08-09

Bug Description

This report is to point out that the instructions for the manual installation are also affected by bug 1557008 (which is about the same phenomenon in devstack). That is, following the instructions to install the OpenWRT image results in a VNF that after some time of being in state ACTIVE becomes DEAD and then keeps respawning.
