Bug Description

expectation:
  1. wrap all the resources into an archive, which include nfv definition(supporting nfv type definition on demand), kinds of descriptors (including vnfd, nsd, vnffgd etc), other artifacts ( images, scripts)
  2. generate catalogues, nfv resources according to CSAR
  3. user can generate nfv resource records
