Bug Description
Currently, there are no functional tests created for vnf-update operation, this functional test is also required to enhance and test the vnf-update event logging functionality as well.

In the current tacker, SOL-based APIs have functional test coverage for vnf update operation. Hence marking this bug as 'Wont-fix'.
