Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a vnfd template with invalid mgmt_driver
2. Deploy a vnf using the created template.
Tacker errors with internal server exception.
The VNF is stuck in PENDING_CREATE and cannot be deleted.
To do:
Handle the error gracefully and return an intuitive message to the user.
