Bug Description
Hello
Multi-Site Environment where faulty remote-VIM is no longer reachable(Keystone also not reachable) VNF could not be deleted and therefore faulty remote VIM could not be removed since VNF still present.
Error Received:"Request Failed: internal server error while processing your request."

How about adding a flag in DELETE API, so that allow user to do deletion forcefully?
