Bug Description
Tacker dsvm-functional tests need few Nova fixups to run successfully [1] like ...
- disable nova quota limit
- add nova key
However the document at [2] doesn't describe these pre-requisites. Developers trying to run dsvm functional in local setups will find the run fail due to this. We need to document these tweaks in [2].
