Bug Description

Launch a VNF with monitoring enabled and be on the VNF Manager page.
On a new page, Go to the instance console and bring down the network interface.
VNF will be respawned on the tacker server changing its status from ACTIVE to DEAD.

On Horizon VNF Manager page, the VNF status is still in ACTIVE state and the column does not get auto refreshed to DEAD from ACTIVE unless manually reloading the page.
