Bug Description
Tacker has old servicevm logic related to serviceinstance, servicecontext, etc added by,

The functionality maps to different "service instances" running with a VNFs (imagine multiple VRF instances in the same virtual-router). They are no longer relevant to the new ETSI MANO orchestration scope of Tacker. These functions and related db tables need to be removed.
