Preinstall openwrt images in tacker devstack installation

Request for Enhancement:

Users trying tacker currently just use cirros images to test sample VNFD templates. The power of Tacker can only be illustrated with a proper VNF like OpenWRT. This request is to pull openwrt image during tacker devstack installation and upload to glance. So that

a) sample openwrt VNFD templates can be easily tried out.
b) incorporate openwrt into tacker dsvm functional test - specifically to test mgmt-driver framework

Suggestion from infra team to use diskimage builder to download from https://downloads.openwrt.org/

Agree, please push a patchset to gerrit. In case you need this, the procedure is described in [1].

BTW, did the download openwrt image boot up fine to openwrt command prompt? I've noticed some openwrt images doesn't go all the way to the command prompt.

Yes Sridhar, this image boots up fine to the command prompt. I have been using the very same image for testing of sample openwrt template.

Zeih, gerrit will automatically move the bug from 'In Progress' to 'Fix Committed' once the patchset is merged to the repository.

You should not be manually moving it to 'Fix Committed' before its merged.

    Function to upload OpenWRT image during Tacker devstack installation

    Adding this function will automatically download
    the openwrt image and upload it to glance when the tacker plugin
    is enabled in the local.conf file.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/tacker 0.3.0 release.
