Bug Description
Must be compatible with Mailman 2.
We want to create an isolated dynamic list patch. Eventually, it will be combined with the multiple email addresses patch to be a "cumulative patch". This patch will contain the dynamic list functionality that Systers has added.
Next step will be to make the patch compatible with Mailman 3.
