Install Error if files or links contain non-english characters (ñ and other spanish accents)

When trying to install from live image created the install is aborted. (the message is the same generic aborts previously described..that no major changes where made)

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this problem. I created this /usr/lib/aspell/español.alias file, but the restore point creation and the Live installation processes are finished without error (and the copied files are correct).

But anyway, I remember this problem from the past, but I have been fixed.
