systemback does not open in kubuntu 12.04.3 is so Loading

after installing systemback-qt4 with the command by the terminal is operating normally despite the icon does not work anymore now that much better.

This phenomenon occurs when lower-level I/O operations are in progress. Example, dd is running and reading a disk.
Please wait a minutes, and if the Systemback is opened, click the System copy -> Button with green circular arrow. If the application window is stay busy, then this is the source of the problem.

What is the output of the following terminal command?

systemback-qt4

Without root permission, you should get an error message.

not only asks for password is loading and then disappears.
the command appears as follows:
