Bug Description
In the update panel. It finds a new update and offers it with the Download button. Clicked Download and the panel did not change or provide feedback. A minute later the button changed to Install. So it all worked but no feedback download was happening.

the issue is on the service side, not the UI.
Barry, as you don't have the progress info, can you at least send UpdateProgress(0) signal?
