Bug Description
http://
put configure file to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME (default is ~/.config/) and cache files to $XDG_CACHE_HOME (~/.cache) and data files to $XDG_DATA_HOME (~/.local/share)
it's very simple, here is a simply patch.
