Bug Description

It hangs on "Waiting for data: ..." after trying to change a CPU preference..

Console dump:

    self.start_suppliers()

  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/threading.py", line 489, in start
    raise RuntimeError("threads can only be started once")
RuntimeError: threads can only be started once

Shouldn't self.suppliers['cpu'] be .stop()'ed first?
