Failed to get payloads and templates files

Failed to get Syntribos payloads and templates files from default payloads_uri and templates_uri.
I know a successful download would be the default tar.gz files be downloaded and uncompressed.
When I run command `syntribos download --payloads`, there is no error message in CLI. But after check syntribos config directory, the tar.gz files are downloaded successfully, but they can not be uncompressed.

Digging into this problem, I find the reason is that the default payloads_uri/templates_uri are actually being redirected. But the way we download these files do not allow redirect, so this should be the root cause.
