Bug Description

I am not using keystone API instead I am using mutillidae API. "localhost:8000/mutillidae/webservices/rest/ws-user-account.php?username=jeremy"
I am attaching the config file. As there is no username or password is required for the API I have commented it out. As I have manually tested mutillidae API it has a lot of issues. Is there anything that I am doing wrong.
