Bug Description
When running synfig stage, there is no mechanism to determine where the cast files should be read from. Add a configuration page to the project along with a default configuration that allows the user to determine where to read files from. Additionally allow for refursive file scanning.

A config file and GUI will be developed - there is an existing bug filed for altering the content of the configuration file, and once this is complete this bug will be closed.
