[needs-packaging] Synchrorep

I wish to include my directory synchronization software in ubuntu official repositories.

I made two packages (one for french version and one for english version) but my little knowledge of packaging just help me to made strict minimum installation for ubuntu.

These packages can be found at :
- for french version : http://www.iceberg.0rg.fr/synchrorep/download.php
- for english version : http://www.iceberg.0rg.fr/english/synchrorep/download.php

Note that this python software may work with all functionalities only on nautilus based linux.
