Bug Description

Currently syncany checks the watched folder in a defined time intervall for changes.
This is bad for the performance plus there is a better solution for this task under Linux: inotify

Hi there

Syncany currently checks the remote storage regularly -- not the local
folders! For the local folders we use inotify.
