I've received this error via the crash report tool (Natty/gnome2). Thanks for reporting!

I have tried it on Natty/Gnome2, and I cannot reproduce this error. However, since this is just a warning, it should be possible to ignore this somehow. However, it would be nice to know what the source for this is...

Update on this one. I have received tow other crash reports that cause the same problem. I suppose since these are just warnings, they could be ignored by the Java program. I'll try to put something together.
