Failed to initialise storage on WebDAV

Bug Description

I tried to set up remote storage on a WebDAV server over HTTPS (port 443). All was well until I reached the "Initialising remote storage" screen, where the "details" pane displays the following:

That's because the WebDAV plugin doesn't support SSL yet :-D
I'll put it in the TODO list :)
