Bug Description
Reproduce:
1. Launch Synaptic
2. Immediately hover the mouse over the "Search" button
3. Try clicking the "Search" button
Expected Results
The search window should appear, prompting the user to enter information.
Actual Results
The button remained unclickable.
Workaround
Move the mouse cursor off the button, then back on it.

This is a GTK bug, in general if a button changes out from under you or goes active/inactive you need to unfocus and refocus to be able to click it
Also notably annoying in the evolution account wizard you cant hover over the next button.
