In status bar, Resize grip overlaps synaptic's progress bar

Triaged: just move the progress bar a little to the left.

Reduce its width by the size of the resize grip, which I believe is 18px.

I have just linked a branch which fixes the problem. It adds 18px of padding to the right of the status bar (which accounts for the 15px width of the resize grip, and 3px of padding between them).
