Bug Description
Synaptic should offer a "bandwidth is cheap" mode, where it automatically starts to prefetch packages that the
user has selected, while the user is still browsing what other packages to install.
(This probably shouldn't be the default, because some people have slow links or are on metered usage.)
Kind of like the automatic update process that can prefetch packages without applying them.
