error popup box window covers the regular window with error messages - can not copy them

Bug Description
There is a popup window with an error message (one of selinux- packages failed to run post-configure afair)
This dialog is covering the regular Applying-changes dialog
When the popup box dialog is closed, then the main Applying dialog is also closed! making it impossible to read or copy
the error messages.
