Bug Description
I apologize if this is the wrong package to post this bug to. If you install from CD when the machine doesn't have an internet connection, no repositories are set up. If you then use a program such as totem on a file the machine doesn't have the codec for, it will ask to enable the 'restricted' repositories and perform an update. Then, if you select a codec and ask to install it, it complains that the repositories are out of date and restarts again.
